❌ Important Security Exception (Hardware Wallets and Security Devices)
Due to the security-sensitive nature of hardware wallets and cryptographic storage devices:
Any product that has been opened, unsealed (where applicable), powered on, paired, initialized, connected, handled in a way that may compromise its integrity, or for which the packaging shows signs of manipulation, is considered permanently compromised and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
This rule exists to protect customers from risks associated with tampered devices.
Opened or security-sensitive products may only be returned in case of a verified manufacturing defect under legal warranty.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise required by law.
Right of withdrawal for services
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal period for service contracts purchased online, in accordance with EU consumer law.
However, if the Customer requests that the consulting or training service begin before the end of the withdrawal period, the Customer expressly agrees that:
- the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is fully performed, and
- if the service is partially performed at the time of withdrawal, the Customer shall pay a proportionate amount corresponding to the work already delivered.
If the Customer does not request early performance, the service will not begin before the end of the withdrawal period.
9. Complaints and Inspection
